At the end of last year we launched our new AI-powered assistant to explore how they could enhance the support we offer. Thank you to everyone that has engaged with the AI assistant and provided feedback to us.
As we continue refining their capabilities and improving our support articles we will be temporarily pausing their use and introducing a new feature called Quick Answers.
What is Quick Answers?
Quick answers is a generative search that uses AI to provide direct answers to your queries based on the content of our help centres, reducing the need to browse multiple articles.
You can view generated answers without clicking through search results or scanning related articles. However, you can still easily click into the articles that follow the generated answer for more information if needed.
Exam Centres can still contact our agents via live chat using the chat icon that you are used to.
We look forward to re-introducing the AI assistant soon.
