Our commitment to deliver performance improvements for customers through the Cambridge English Test Portal continues, with further changes planned in July 2019. We will contact you again shortly to confirm the timings, the expected improvements for customers and any impact on system availability.
This means the update planned for 30th April 2019, is not going ahead. This decision has been made to ensure that our new speaking test and marking management changes are combined to maximise the improvements expected. This will also minimise the impacts on customers and candidates.

We are aware that some customers were unable to access the portal during the previous release and apologise for any inconvenience caused. As a result, we are reviewing our processes to ensure future service disruption is minimised and up to date communication about system availability is available during any upgrades.
