In order to make entries and run tests, you will need Test Credits first. Agents can purchase Test Credits from the shop, and Clients can order test Credits from their Agent. Please click on the section appropriate to you below for further instructions.
Test credits are ordered in the portal using the Institution Shop. Depending on your status you will have been informed of your payment method. This will be either Invoice or Debit/Credit card.
If you are eligible for both Linguaskill General and Linguaskill Business, you will need to purchase separate Test Credits depending on which test you wish to run.
To purchase tests follow the instructions below:
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal

2. Click Shop
3. Click on the Linguaskill tab
4. Find the Test Credits you wish to purchase and enter the quantity in the box. Then click Add to Cart
Please note the prices in the example below are for illustration purposes only and not representative of real prices.
5. Click Proceed to Checkout (any discounts will be applied on the next page)
6. Review your order and add a Purchase Order number if you have one
7. Click Pay by Invoice or Pay by Debit/Credit Card depending on the options available to you
8. A confirmation screen will appear when your order is complete
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal
URL: https://www.metritests.com/metrica
2. Click My Institution
3. Click Test Orders
4. Click New Order from the drop down and click Submit
5. Select the Product and the Number of Test Credits to order
6. Click Save
7. The order will now be placed and your Agent can either Approve or Reject it.
8. The status will update once your Agent has Approved or Rejected the order.
9. Once approved, you can then add entries for this product in any valid session.
Viewing current Test Credit balance
1. Open Metrica
2. Click Reports
3. Click Test Availability
The next screen will show a table of your allocated, pending and used test credits
Once you have bought test credits you will be able to use them in your own sessions or allocate them to your Clients.
