What is a venue?
A venue is the address where tests are run. Usually, this is a part of the Institution or Client's main address, however you can add multiple additional venues if required.
You will need to select a venue when you create sessions. Instructions for creating and managing your venues are below:
How to add a new venue:
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal
URL: https://www.metritests.com/metrica
2. Click My Institution
3. Click on the Venues tab
4. Click Add Venue
5. Enter the address details for your venue. If the address details are not finalised check the Provisional Address box
6. Enter the capacity for your venue: This is the maximum number of candidates the venue can accommodate
7. Click Save. The venue will now appear in your list of venues
How to edit an existing venue:
1. Open Metrica
2. Click My Institution
3. Click on the Venues tab
4. Click on the name of the venue you wish to edit
5. Click Edit
6. Click on the field you wish to edit and enter the new information
7. Click Save to save your changes
