If you have a candidate who needs their password re-set, please follow the steps below:
- Login to the Cambridge English Test Portal Metrica: https://www.metritests.com/metrica using your logins, User ID, Password and Linguaskill Agent ID.
- Click on the session tab and locate the session that the candidate is entered into.
3. Open the session and locate the candidate. Click on the user's Entry Code, which is shown as a blue hyperlink to open up the User Account.
4. At the top of the User Account, there is the option to Change Password.
5. Click on Change Password. You will receive a pop-up asking if you are sure you want to change the Password. Click OK.

6. You can now re-set the Password. Click Save.
7. If the candidate has completed the test the password can still be re-set. You will also see the option to submit test for any candidate's test that remains in incomplete status.
Remember that if a candidate enters their login details incorrectly on five consecutive occasions, their account will be locked for 30 minutes. Please contact us here if you need to unlock the account.
